At Jeevan Shree, we use traditional stone grinding methods to mill the wheat. This process, known as Chakki grinding, involves slowly grinding the wheat between two large stones. Unlike modern roller mills that generate heat and can strip away some of the wheat’s nutritional value, Chakki grinding preserves the essential nutrients and natural flavor of the wheat. The slow, gentle grinding process ensures that the flour retains its fibrous content and wholesome goodness, making it not only delicious but also nutritious. This method has been used for centuries and is known for producing the best quality flour.
Hygienic Packaging:
